Summary:

Process high-volume invoices, ensure accuracy in financial coding, handle purchase order matching, and resolve discrepancies.

This on-site role in Manassas supports the Accounting Departments operational needs and monthly closing processes.

Required Skills:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent education/experience.

1+ years of related work experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Open to learning new skills and adapting to change.

Familiarity with internal controls for financial security.

Must be a U.S. Person.

Desired Skills:

1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

Familiarity with SAP.

3-5 years of AP experience in a government contracting environment.

Background in both payables and receivables.
