GIS Analyst
Start: Mid- to late-MAR 2026
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA - work is fully ONSITE
Contract Length: 12 months to start, likely to extend
Number of Positions: 2
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Candidate MUST Haves:
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans using CAD software
Examples: GTECH, MicroStation Connect
Responsibilities may include:
QA/QC of drawings, plans, and layouts
Ensuring accuracy per engineer/architect/designer specifications
Understanding design changes and incorporating them into drawings
Ensuring compliance with industry standards
Advanced ability to create 2D and 3D models
Ability to interpret calculations and measurements
Clear and effective communication skills
Experience & Education:
Years of Experience: 1–5 years
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Geography, GIS, or related field
Specific Technical Experience:
GIS CAD Technology
MicroStation Connect
Microsoft Office
Team Structure:
Collaborative team environment
Project/Assignment Examples:
Prepare mapping packages for field crews (MOB packages, Plymouth assignments)
Process service and meter packages, ensuring documentation is complete
Research and categorize preliminary as-built work
Support rejection workflows and correct data issues
Develop quick-reference guides or best-practice documents
Review contractor mapping submissions for accuracy and compliance
Ensure mapping standards and naming conventions are applied consistently

Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
