Job Description:
Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily operation needs and company’s general administrative activities.
Support in execution of the overall HR function, including but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls, taking charges of mails mailing and distribution
- Implement office security and safety guidelines for visitors
- Prepare employees badges and airport pass
- Apply work permit and ARC for foreign staff or foreign visitors
- Update employee contact information on related reports for all kinds of purposes
- Source for quotation and supply for office supplies, hotels, uniforms, transportations…
- Set up new vendors for HR & ADM by following the general procurement requirements
- Update regular reports to meet the request from the company or local authorities.
- Follow up with managers for required reports or feedback
- On-boarding & Exit boarding data collection and filing
- Mandatory benefits application or cancellation without delay
- Monthly mandatory premium check and report preparation
- Monthly clocking data, roster and attendance records check
Employment application data collection from candidates and nationality & OCR check
