- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years airline/aviation experience required; Operations experience a plus
Special Demands:
- Flexibility with work schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; creative; able to visualize scenarios, formulate optimal outcomes and make sound decisions given changing operational parameters
- Excellent communication, facilitation and resolution skills
- Organized; focused ; attention to detail
- Works independently with minimal direction; manages priorities and meets deadlines in a fast paced often stressful environment;
- Places high emphasis on customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrate sensitivity for other cultures
- Proficient in AIMS; world geography familiarity a plus
Salary Range: $52,500- $71,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset."
