Pay Rate:
Level 2: $27.49 – $34.97/hour
Level 3: $35.09 – $44.02/hour

In this full-lifecycle recruiting role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for complex, high-impact programs. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in Maryland or the surrounding area to support occasional in-person events or business needs.
What You’ll Be DoingCollaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop tailored, data-driven recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and engage candidates for a wide range of technical roles.
Use a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and events to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and internal hiring policies.
Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Represent the organization at virtual and in-person career fairs and networking events.
Work with HR and business leaders to ensure a seamless and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
What We’re Looking ForLevel 2 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate), with a focus on technical or engineering roles.
(An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Strong track record of partnering with hiring managers to deliver results.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Level 3 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in recruiting (technology, engineering, or sourcing)
OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Advanced skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and requisition management.
Proven success in supporting complex technical hiring strategies.
Preferred Qualifications (All Levels):
Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
Familiarity with Workday ATS and Eightfold or similar AI-powered recruiting platforms.
Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and experience hiring in regulated industries.
Expertise in digital sourcing, Boolean search, and talent community building.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events or team support.

Pay Details: $27.49 to $44.02 per hour
