Our Jacksonville facility is seeking Aviation Maintenance Technicians who are motivated to support a greater cause—directly impacting military warfighter readiness by providing critical maintenance repairs and modifications for our military customers. As part of our MRO and Component Operations organization, you will support key programs such as military commercial derivatives, fighter aircraft, and aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul. Responsibilities include adherence to established processes, accurate and timely work recording, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Work Conditions: This position requires working at heights using fall protection equipment. Candidates must be able to obtain Fall Protection Certification (OSHA 1926, 191066, 1910 Subpart D).
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft electrical work on the P-8 Aircraft.
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical wiring and fiber systems.
• Read and interpret blueprint schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Shift Information
Candidates must be willing to work variable shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and enter confined spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical experience in aviation maintenance.
• Experience with 737 aircraft, P-8 aircraft, or other aircraft platforms.
• Ability to properly handle fiber systems.
• Skilled in terminating and installing wire bundles.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Preferred Background: Military or corporate aviation experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED
