Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. Responsibilities:
 - Enhance the Integrated Digital Enterprise Environment (IDEE) by collaborating with engineering, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders. 
- Partner with engineering teams to map system functions, define data inputs/outputs, and integrate connected tools. 
- Transform manual processes into automated workflows; document new digital processes. 
- Identify and address risks and development gaps within the IDEE architecture. 
- Support technical strategy development including roadmap oversight, virtualization, and system integration planning. 
- Operate within an agile development environment, adapting to fast-paced changes and evolving priorities. 
- Evaluate and recommend strategies for technical support, data storage, and digital tool integrations. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Other degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields considered with relevant experience). 
- 7+ years of experience in an engineering role, preferably with a systems engineering mindset. 
- 5+ years of experience relevant to digital engineering, systems configuration, or tool integration. 
- Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or equivalent. 
- Understanding of Model-Based Design (MBD) and digital engineering data flows. 
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to identify system-level risks and gaps. 
- Familiarity with engineering disciplines across hardware/software design and test environments. 
- Experience within digital ecosystems, including data integration, visualization, and knowledge management. 
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
- Ability to navigate application owners/vendors to support data and integration requirements. 
- Eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). 
- On-site or hybrid work may be required, based on project needs.
