Summary:

Evaluate program/project requirements and develop complex equipment concepts and design solutions for the Production System.

Compile and analyze technical data to assess impacts on product design, usability, and rate estimates.

Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomics, and regulatory standards.

Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment from suppliers.

Troubleshoot production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability.

Implement workarounds and maintain hardware/documentation configurations.

Conduct studies and provide recommendations for asset disposition.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (ABET accreditation preferred, not required).

Ability to work on the manufacturing floor wearing steel-toed shoes.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
