As Recognition Partnership Engagement Specialist - Acquisitions, you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy and operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement. You will align initiatives with the Emirates Group mission vision and values, while collaborating with key stakeholders to design, implement and enhance programs that inspire, motivate and retain top talent.
In this role you will:
- Proactively identify and secure new strategic partners that align with the organisations recognition and engagement goals, driving business growth and value-add for our members.
- Lead the onboarding process ensuring seamless integration and alignment with programme objectives.
- Develop and manage engagement plans to ensure smooth integration and long-term value from partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and business and external partners vendors to enhance programme effectiveness.
QualificationTo be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience in HR, ideally managing employee related and/or reward and recognition and engagement programmes.
- Strong understanding of employee and partnerships engagement strategies and best practices.
Youll have an edge if you have:
- Proven track record in designing and implementing employee recognition programs.
- Familiarity with recognition platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with dashboards.
