Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer who combines strong design intuition with user-centered thinking to craft impactful digital experiences. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team working on meaningful products that shape the future of travel and lifestyle.
You are someone who can simplify complexity, communicate ideas clearly, and design with both empathy and strategy. You bring a proactive attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to turn insights into elegant, scalable design solutions.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end experiences across multiple touchpoints—from early concepts and user flows to high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready assets.
Translate insights into action by conducting or leveraging user research, usability testing, and data to inform and validate design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process to deliver thoughtful solutions.
Influence through storytelling, effectively communicating design rationale and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across all digital products.
Champion continuous improvement, tracking product performance post-launch and iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design, preferably in tech or digital product environments.
A strong portfolio showcasing your process and impact across web and mobile platforms, demonstrating both UX thinking and visual execution.
Deep understanding of interaction design, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (or equivalent), with the ability to rapidly produce high-fidelity deliverables.
Experience designing for complex systems or applications with multiple user touchpoints and varied user needs.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, agile environments.
Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting and defending your design work to peers and stakeholders.
Located in or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
