Role Summary
* In this role, you will apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions. You will evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, ensuring compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces. You will serve as a key technical contributor in developing lifecycle-balanced systems through integration, analysis, and verification to ensure mission success. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Must have a minimum of 9 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must have prior Systems Engineering experience, including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation. Preferred Skills
* You will have prior leadership experience, including leading engineering teams or driving project success through cross-functional collaboration. Job Duties/Functions
* You will be leading cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification requirements.
* You will be applying interdisciplinary approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems solutions.
* You will be evaluating customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters to ensure compatibility across program interfaces.
* You will be developing, managing, and validating system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements, to ensure compliance with program standards.
* You will be conducting design reviews and technical assessments, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure system performance and reliability.
* You will be supporting and improving planning and implementation processes, including requirements management, risk management, issue tracking, and technology readiness assessments.
