In this role, you will be at the heart of validating mission-critical technologies—from electronic subsystems to full-system tests—ensuring their reliability, safety, and performance in the most demanding environments.

This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.
What You’ll Be DoingDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for systems and subsystems
Coordinate with test facilities, oversee on-site execution, and ensure safety compliance
Analyze and compile test data using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools
Prepare technical reports summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations
Define instrumentation requirements and assist in the development of test methods for vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, and reliability
Collaborate with Systems Engineering to evaluate lifecycle requirements
Troubleshoot system issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Participate in major design and system reviews: SRR, PDR, CDR, SVR, etc.
Work around and potentially handle hazardous or energetic devices (training provided)
Travel up to 50 to support remote test activities
What You’ll Need to SucceedRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a STEM field + 5 years of experience (or Master’s/Ph.D. with equivalent experience)
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent data analysis tools
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with manual tools and mechanical systems
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with environmental and electromagnetic testing (e.g., MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461)
Familiarity with energetic devices, materials, or munition safety standards
Knowledge of commercial and government test facilities and compliance protocols
Background in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering in aerospace or defense

Pay Details: $54.80 to $74.26 per hour
