Supply Chain Specialist

$34.00-$41.70/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles to coordinate a globally dispersed supplier base.

• Track and manage seat production schedules, including installation, certification, and customer milestones.

• Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP/ERP; ensure adherence to procurement requirements.

• Report regularly on key performance metrics to program and functional leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, manage, and resolve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Gather, analyze, and publish data to support organizational performance tracking.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Support on-call responsibilities, including weekends and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination (e.g., Master’s + 1 year, or 7 years work experience).

• 1+ years of experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP or equivalent).

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• 1+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain within a production environment.

• Availability for on-call shifts (weekends/after-hours).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience interfacing with leadership levels across functions.

• Experience working directly with suppliers in a production or supply chain role.

• Experience driving or supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information and drive tasks to resolution.
