Responsibilities:
 - Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles to coordinate a globally dispersed supplier base. 
- Track and manage seat production schedules, including installation, certification, and customer milestones. 
- Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP/ERP; ensure adherence to procurement requirements. 
- Report regularly on key performance metrics to program and functional leadership. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, manage, and resolve key performance indicators (KPIs). 
- Gather, analyze, and publish data to support organizational performance tracking. 
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency. 
- Support on-call responsibilities, including weekends and after-hours coverage as needed. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination (e.g., Master’s + 1 year, or 7 years work experience).
- 1+ years of experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP or equivalent). 
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain within a production environment. 
- Availability for on-call shifts (weekends/after-hours). 
Preferred Qualifications:
 - Experience interfacing with leadership levels across functions. 
- Experience working directly with suppliers in a production or supply chain role. 
- Experience driving or supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. 
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information and drive tasks to resolution.
