Job Description:

Cabinet Fabricator (Aircraft Interiors / Custom Cabinetry)
We are seeking experienced cabinet fabrication professionals to join a growing aircraft completions team in Arkansas. This role supports aircraft interior production, new builds, and custom cabinetry work across multiple business jet platforms. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, competitive compensation, and room for career growth.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $40.00/hour
• Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $85,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
• Per Diem: Up to $43,680 annually (tax-free), based on $840.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Work Schedule
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM or 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (3x12 Schedule)

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble and complete complex aircraft cabinet components to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations
• Build and finish aircraft cabinetry using engineering drawings, industrial definitions, procedures, and guidelines
• Support delivery of completed cabinet components for installation across multiple aircraft models
• Perform custom aircraft cabinetry fabrication, assembly, fitting, and finishing work
• Maintain a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail
• Promote and support a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
• Mentor co-workers and assist with team leadership responsibilities when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of aviation interiors cabinetry experience required
• Prior experience in custom aircraft cabinetry, cabinet fabrication, or high-end woodwork required
• Business jet interiors experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and build specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
