Job Description
As a Technical Records Intern, you will support the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team in maintaining aircraft documentation and compliance standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the review and audit of technical documents to ensure compliance with CAAM CAD and CAAM CAGM requirements.
Supporting the maintenance of technical records in computerized systems aligned with CAAM regulations.
Helping monitor and organize the technical document archiving system for easy retrieval and inspection readiness.
Aiding in the audit and verification of maintenance documents, such as:
Airworthiness Directives (AD)
Service Bulletins (SB)
Hard Time / OCCM Components
Engine, Landing Gear, and APU Life Limited Parts (LLPs)
Back-to-Birth (BtB) traceability
Modifications, STCs, structural repairs, CPCP, LDND, and more.
Assisting in preparing documents for compliance verification during audits by authorities or aircraft lessors.
Supporting activities related to aircraft delivery, re-delivery, de-registration, and export documentation.
Assisting with applications and renewals for key certifications and assignments including:
Certificate of Airworthiness (CoA)
Certificate of Airworthiness for Export
Apparatus Assignment (MCMC)
Certificate of Registration
Contributing to budgeting and financial tracking related to Airworthiness Certificates.
Providing general support to other CAMO departments as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Strong interest in aviation safety, airworthiness compliance, or aircraft documentation.
Training & General Requirements
Exposure to Part M training is a plus (training may be provided during internship).
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a highly regulated aviation environment.
Excellent computer skills, especially in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
