Summary:
Evaluate parts, materials, and processes through testing and research
Analyze failures, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions
Generate and execute test plans; document results and recommendations
Review and revise procedures and specifications for continuous improvement
Determine the suitability of parts, materials, and processes
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues
Support product and process improvements by developing and implementing new technologies
Provide technical consultation to internal and external stakeholders
Requiredments:
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
Associate degree with 3+ years, Bachelors degree with 1+ year, or 5+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
Strong knowledge of Parts, Materials, and Processes (PMP) related to electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical commodities
Experience in the aerospace industry
Understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and associated problem-solving
Experience with electrical troubleshooting
Familiarity with industry, military, and government specifications, handbooks, and standards
Experience with shipside support
Proficiency in reading and navigating electrical wiring drawings
Experience with ENOVIA and CATIA (design experience not required)
Hands-on experience with wire installation
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
