A&P Mechanic (1+ Years Experience) – Dayton, Ohio
Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
Per Diem Split Provided (if eligible)

Join a trusted aviation maintenance team where your skill, precision, and attention to detail are valued. We’re seeking A&P Mechanics with 1+ years of experience to support heavy maintenance and modification projects on regional and large-body aircraft in a fast-paced MRO environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform heavy and line maintenance on regional and large-body aircraft.
- Complete removal, installation, rigging, bolting, torquing, and safety wiring of aircraft components, flight controls, and engines.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, structural repair manuals, and other technical documents.
- Return aircraft to service after required maintenance is completed using approved documentation and logbooks.
- Follow all FAA regulations, OEM specifications, and company policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
- 1+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience with regional or large-body aircraft.
- Familiarity with aircraft mechanical systems and components.
- Working knowledge of computer-based maintenance systems.
- Basic understanding of FAA regulations under CFR Part 145.
- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, bulletins, and technical drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights up to 80 feet.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and various positions for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must have personal tools as listed on the company-required tool list.
- Use of respiratory equipment may be required.
