Job Title: A&P MechanicJob Description
As an A&P Mechanic, you will troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functional equipment according to Approved Technical Data provided by the customer. You will keep records of maintenance and repair work in compliance with 145 Repair Station FAA standards and perform aircraft repairs, as well as scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per manufacturer requirements and FAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Read and interpret manufacturers’ and airlines’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, SRMs, and other specifications to troubleshoot and repair aircraft parts.
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge required to efficiently repair or replace defective components and wiring to ensure installations meet conformity.
- Ensure all aircraft parts/components removed from an aircraft in work are documented, tagged, and protected.
- Sign and document aircraft maintenance on appropriate work cards or forms when work is completed per policies and procedures.
Essential Skills- A&P License required
- 3 years’ experience in Part 91, 135, or 145 maintenance environments preferred
- Familiarity with troubleshooting aircraft systems
- Must have your own tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of Phenom, Cessna, Hawker, Lear, Twin Commander, King Air airframes/engines is a plus
- Open to Small to Large Cabin Corporate Jet experience
- Experience with Lear, Phenom, or Citation, Cessna, Gulfstream, Hawker, Airframe experience preferred
- Candidates tied to Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero preferred

Work Environment
You will work in a hangar environment at the Naples airport. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
