We are seeking a skilled AOG A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance on corporate aircraft. The role involves maintaining and repairing aircraft, diagnosing mechanical issues, and coordinating with the crew and customers. You will assist the lead mechanic, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the service vehicle in excellent condition.

• Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems.
• Ensure work is completed timely and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies and systems, ensuring compliance with FAR 43 documentation requirements.
• Order and obtain necessary parts for aircraft repairs, ensuring cores are returned per established procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or specialized services comply with Quality Control procedures while monitoring the work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionic technicians as needed.
• Assist the Lead MST in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling in the mobile service vehicle, ensuring it is in safe operating condition.

• Proficiency with Hawker, Gulfstream, Challenger, and Cessna Citation aircraft models.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand and work with maintenance manuals.
• Possession of an A&P License.
• 5 years of corporate aircraft experience and a minimum of 3 years of AOG experience.

• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work weekends from Thursday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Teterboro, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $124000.00/yr.
