- FAA A&P Certificate (required)
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical data
- Effective written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with flight/ops teams
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as AOG needs arise
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet airport badging/security requirements
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Experience supporting Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations
- Strong defect isolation skills
- Practical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics/electrical troubleshooting
- Schematic proficiency and technical documentation skills
- Aircraft: Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, Hawker, Embraer
