Job Title: Avionics Test Technician
Job Description
We are seeking Avionics Test Technicians to join our team across three shifts of operation. Candidates will undergo training on the first shift for the initial 1-3 months. This role involves calibration of instrumentation, troubleshooting, and repair of customer-owned units to the component level of all analog and digital circuitry, adhering to FAR 145 repair station guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and repair customer-owned units to the component level.
- Work with both analog and digital circuitry.
- Follow guidelines and procedures of FAR 145 repair station.
Essential Skills
- Two years of technical or equivalent education.
- Five years of experience in testing or maintaining electronic equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
- Experience with Surface Mount Technology and through hole solder technology.
- Familiarity with video and Ethernet circuitry troubleshooting.
- Blueprint and schematics experience.
- Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment such as scopes, multimeters, and frequency counters.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with companies like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, or BAE is preferred.
- Open to candidates with a strong electrical experience from outside aviation.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean production assembly setting that is friendly and relaxed yet production-driven. Quality is essential, with inspection checks conducted at all phases of production. Shift differentials are offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
