Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
* Work with composite materials like carbon fiber and other advanced materials.
* Preparing surfaces, applying adhesives, and curing bonded assemblies.
* This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict quality standards. Education and Experience Requirements:
* High school education or general education degree (GED) Required
* Minimum 3 years work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Required Skills:
* Aviation composites repair, either fixed wing or rotorcraft experience, required.
* Ability to read and interpret blue prints, engineering drawing and technical publications required.
* The ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability to concentrate is required.
* Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills:
* Aviation mechanical experience, either fixed wing or rotorcraft experience, desired.
* Familiarity with various pieces of ground support and test equipment desired.
