JOB TITLE:  Lead Maintenance Technician & Inspector
 LOCATION:  Chino, CA
 PAY RATE: $45-49/hour

Summary:  
  Specialize in Gulfstream, Challenger, and other general aviation jets. 
 This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced A&P mechanic ready to take on inspection authority and mentor others in a safety-first, TQM-driven, people-oriented environment.
 Lead and perform inspections and maintenance on general aviation jets.
 Serve as a certified Inspector under FAA Part 145 requirements.
 Mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement and quality compliance.
 Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
 
Requirements:
  FAA A&P license (required).
 3   5+ years    experience with Gulfstream, Challenger, or similar aircraft.
 Inspector-qualified under Part 145.
 Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and quality systems.
 Leadership experience with a team-focused mindset.
 Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
