Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance and Engineering Team based in Kitts Green, Birmingham.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes, compliance tracking, and team coordination.
Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities – Inclusive but not limited too.
- Scan and upload returned maintenance and production dockets into the CMMS system to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and issue planned maintenance dockets for upcoming weeks using the CMMS system.
- Manage and monitor training records for the maintenance team, ensuring all certifications are current.
- Audit hot work permits to maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance and Engineering Managers.
- Assist engineers with office-based administrative tasks as required.
- Track and log all overtime for the Maintenance and Engineering departments, ensuring the Time Management System (TMS) is kept up to date.
- Distribute and track One-Point Lessons (OPLs), ensuring they are signed off and compliant.
In this role, you will:
Key Objectives
- Collaborate with planners to maintain a rolling backlog of at least five weeks of maintenance and production dockets.
- Act as the Single Point of Authority (SPA) for training and compliance within the maintenance department.
- Ensure accurate and timely logging of overtime and maintenance activities in the TMS.

Basic Qualifications or Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with TMS or similar time management software.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications or Skills
- Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering administrative role.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems.
- Understanding of compliance and safety documentation processes.

The location also has good transport links to the M42/M6 motorway and Lea Hall train station is a 10-minute walk offering regular trains to Birmingham City Centre.
