Job Title: Non-Destructive Testing InspectorJob Description
- Ensure compliance with schedules.
- Accomplish assigned inspection work on aerospace parts.
- Conduct inspections utilizing a variety of NDT methods, including liquid penetrant.
- Properly utilize NDT test equipment and associated tools to assess hardware and structures, make decisions on their usability, and stay updated with advanced test equipment.
- Document inspection results in both paper and electronic forms and complete and sign work records related to performed tasks.
- Inspect parts, sub-assemblies, and completed assemblies to determine and approve acceptability in accordance with written procedures.
- Assist in the development of procedures and techniques for non-destructive testing of metallic and composite structures.
- Support the training of other NDT personnel using hands-on knowledge through various mediums as appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical details of company service offerings and tools.
- Interpret or evaluate test results in line with applicable codes, standards, specifications, or procedures.
- Interpret results of all methods of non-destructive testing (NDT) and prepare reports on NDT results.

Work Environment
The work environment includes air conditioning in the office, with floor coolers and swamp coolers in the warehouse. Employees are part of a fast-paced and challenging setting, contributing to the aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor/electronics, space, and heavy equipment industries.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.57 - $30.86/hr.
