Your Role:  

As the Operational Maintenance Crew Lead, you will manage a crew and provide general supervision of technical staff. You will also be responsible for:  

• Perform maintenance task and scope analysis manpower, spares, tools and facility requirements 

• Suggest implementation Engineering and MRS endorsed deferred Maintenace actions 

• Provide input and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives 

• Provide SME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts & materials 

• Manage allocated workload assigned from Maintenance Co-ordinator 

About You:  

As an experienced Crew Lead, you will a deep technical understanding of the KC-30A. You will also have:  

• Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance supervision  

• Knowledge of structure and use of interactive technical publications 

• Lead working groups to aid development of future Part 145 state and capability  

• Oversight of direct reports to ensure Safety  

Desirable but not essential:  

• Knowledge in securing Engineering approvals 

• Understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks 

• Knowledge in securing Engineering approvals
