Responsibilities:
 - Perform complex product inspections to verify conformance to design and regulatory requirements. 
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records as objective evidence of compliance. 
- Validate work instructions, tooling, certifications, and process standards. 
- Inspect operations at Level C and D work statements the majority of the time. 
- Identify and control non-conforming items; document and perform preliminary disposition. 
- Lead or support product reviews and verifications with customers and internal teams. 
- Initiate corrective action requests based on repetitive or significant non-conformances. 
Qualifications:
 - High school diploma or GED with typically 4+ years of relevant experience; vocational, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience also accepted. 
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or other regulated industries. 
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required. 
- 2+ years of experience with Velocity, REDARs, and/or CMES systems. 
- Composite fabrication and structural experience (e.g., wing work). 
- Hands-on experience with wiring and production testing. 
- At least 1 year of demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience. 
- Proficient in generating all Velocity EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA). 
- Preferred Qualifications: -    - Experience with 787 Program. 
- Mastery in inspection techniques including visual, tactile, and tool-assisted methods. 
- Knowledge of critical path and float analysis, schedule impact assessments, and recovery planning. 
- Root cause and trend analysis expertise. 
- Familiarity with schedule quality metrics and risk management. 
- Proven ability to lead or support teams in formal or informal capacities.
