Responsibilities:
 - Perform installation, termination, and repair of electrical wire bundles per technical schematics and blueprints 
- Properly handle fiber optic components during electrical maintenance procedures 
- Interpret and follow complex wiring diagrams and schematics 
- Ensure adherence to contract and regulatory requirements in all maintenance tasks 
- Accurately document work performed and maintain records in compliance with company and federal standards 
- Work at heights using fall protection equipment in compliance with OSHA 1926, 191066, 1910 Subpart D 
- Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and first-time quality 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Education: High school diploma or GED 
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance 
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of aircraft electrical maintenance experience 
- Aircraft Background: Hands-on experience with 737 platforms or derivatives (preferred) 
- Technical Skills: -    - Proficiency in wire bundle installation and termination 
- Ability to read and apply blueprint schematics 
- Skilled in fiber optic handling and installation 
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced MRO environment 
 
- Work Environment: -    - Must be able to work at elevated heights with certified fall protection equipment 
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance required 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 - Military or corporate aviation experience strongly considered
