Responsibilities:
 - Perform assembly, disassembly, modifications, and upgrades on aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement system changes. 
- Lead or oversee aircraft maintenance activities, including overhaul procedures and configuration of vehicles and bench test equipment. 
- Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify mechanical or electrical faults. 
- Conduct validation and verification testing of aircraft systems and components. 
- Inspect components and verify repairs meet flight-worthiness standards and safety requirements. 
- Document maintenance actions in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory compliance (e.g., test results, repair records, inspections). 
- Use aircraft-specific tools including test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes, and shears. 
- Support shift flexibility; must be willing to work variable shifts based on operational need. 
   
Qualifications:
 - High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational training + 2 years of related work). 
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience performing maintenance on military aircraft. 
- Familiarity with aircraft tools and test equipment used in diagnostics and component repair. 
- Security Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Clearance required
- Preferred Qualifications:     - Prior experience with MH-139 aircraft maintenance or modifications. 
- Background in rotorcraft maintenance. 
- Holds or previously held an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. 
- General mechanical experience across multiple airframe systems.
