Job Title: UH-60 A&P Blackhawk Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UH-60 A&P Technician to perform maintenance on UH-60 helicopters. The role includes troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, inspections, and servicing of aircraft using approved methods, techniques, and practices. You will be responsible for certifying work accomplished, reading and interpreting mechanical manuals and schematics, and using special test equipment and tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting of engines and systems.
- Use the Federal Supply System effectively.
- Read and understand mechanical manuals and schematics.
- Read and interpret all instruments.
- Conduct full system checkout on all aircraft systems.
- Perform mechanic test flight duties.
- Complete servicing of aircraft.
- Be familiar with the Army TAMMS procedures.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience on H-60 or UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters.
- Experience with US Army.
- Strong background in UH-60 or H-60 maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with HH-60, SH-60, Helicopter, Blackhawk, Sikorsky.
- Tools must be etched and shadowed.

Work Environment
The position is based in a climate-controlled hangar. The dress code includes a T-shirt, work pants, and steel toe boots. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. This is a six-month contract to hire position.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
