Our Technical Operations team comprises aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams, ensuring they’re well-equipped and ready to transport our customers to their desired destinations. As an Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance in Technical Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our fleet is safe, compliant, and ready for service. By advising a team of quality assurance (QA) specialists, you’ll coordinate compliance, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative effort with aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams to keep our operations efficient and safe.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee administrative tasks and be a dedicated specialist in departmental technologies (SCEPTRE, QAAS, Dashboards, CASS).
Note: This is a remote position with a 50 travel requirement. While the role is fully remote, we prefer candidates based near one of our hub locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, Newark, or Washington D.C. (IAD)

The base pay range for this role is $89,965.00 to $117,212.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
