Comlux Aviation is currently seeking a full-time Charter Sales Director to join our Sales team. The position will be based in our Dubai office in, to work alongside an international and young energetic team. The position will report directly to the Head of Charter Sales.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in VIP air charter sales. Either with an aircraft operator or a broker.
- At least a basic knowledge of charter pricing and must be confident with numbers.
- Operational experience and knowledge in their region is a huge plus.
- A strong industry network and client portfolio is a plus.
- Experience using FL3XX software will be accelerate their onboarding time.

- Self-motivated. Our sales team is spread across the world. Our new joiners need to deliver high performance, for the team, even if we are working remotely as individuals.
- Team player, willing to support colleagues and their clients when needed.
- Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and identify which enquiries should be addressed immediately and which tasks can wait.
- Responsible: the nature of our business is ad-hoc so we have to balance our personal lives and work time according to our team roster.
- Conscientious and timely with reporting: despite the fast nature of the business, we need to pay close attention to basic reporting of our sales and hot prospects.
- Attention to detail is important, must be used to following procedures.
- A strong communicator and listener – we work closely with finance, operations and management, so our team members should have a holistic approach to their work
Responsibilities
- Managing charter enquiries
- Check our fleet availability using our scheduling and quoting system, FL3XX
- Quote the appropriate charter aircraft according to availability and mission requirements
- Source and quote sub-charter aircraft from third party operators when required. Perform a desktop audit of the selected operator and aircraft
- Report sales
- Prospect for new business
- Generate new business and contribute towards our sales targets
- Help to retain client accounts in their region which would include regular client meetings
- Identify opportunities to sell other services offered by the Comlux Group; aircraft transactions, maintenance, cabin completions, aircraft management
