What you will need to be successful in this role:
Required:
- High School diploma
- 15 plus years’ experience in aircraft maintenance field
- Knowledge and understanding of aircraft planning and scheduling related to depot activities
- Knowledge and understanding of maintenance activities applicable to program requirements
- Experience with maintenance work card development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
- 7 plus years’ experience on F-16 or fighter type aircraft
- USAF 7 level in aircraft maintenance
- Min 10 years documented experience
- Knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance information system [TRAX, CAMS, IMDS, ALICE, AADMIS, or equivalent]
- Previous experience within a diverse culture
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace field or Business Management
- 15 plus years’ Aviation Maintenance experience in plans and scheduling
- 10 plus years’ experience with relevant fleet type.
- 3 plus years’ experience working government contract service.
- Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Power Plant License.
- Through knowledge and understanding of applicable USG Maintenance Program.
