The IT Program Manager will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):
- Direct activities to meet the sponsor’s organizational work objectives and serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems
- Engage project stakeholders to collect/manage their requirements and expectations
- Serve as Scrum Master for development projects; run daily scrums, collect, document and track requirements; run Jira boards
- Work with developers and engineers to turn customer requirements into system requirements to be developed, tested and implemented
- Apply Agile project management model for managing assigned projects; successfully manage sprints
- Create and maintain project management documentation
- Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts
- Properly manage priorities and time to meet project milestones and due dates
- Perform application demos, when requested
- Identify risks and issues and track/manage them until they are resolved
- Document project progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures
- Provide regular status reporting (including project status briefings) to the sponsor, stakeholders and project team on progress toward objectives
- Respond to ad-hoc data calls and tasks from Senior Leadership
