As Lead Person, you’ll take charge of coordinating daily operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork to hit on-time delivery targets. Empowered to make smart, quick decisions within defined parameters, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, solve problems in real time, and keep the team motivated and focused. • Own the Production Flow: Take charge of coordinating all cell activities to crush production schedules and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction—every time.
