As a Manager, Procurement, you will lead sourcing and purchasing activities for assigned commodity groups, ensuring best‑value supply of parts and services that meet program, quality and delivery requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Manage buyer team workload, priorities and development.
• Develop commodity strategies, conduct RFQs and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and inventory agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective action and cost‑reduction projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on supplier qualifications.
• Maintain accurate purchase order data in ERP and support audit requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience; aerospace preferred.
• Good understanding of the relevant airworthiness and regulatory agencies requirements
• Familiar with freight forwarding and shipping documentation and procedures
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with cost‑breakdown analysis and should‑cost modeling.
• Proficiency in ERP purchasing modules and Microsoft Office.
