Skills You Bring To this Role
- Knowledge of force protection matters and physical security operations to include knowledge of basic security principles, security policies/requirements, security training, familiarity with protection level assets and protection requirements and experience conducting security assessments.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to function with personnel from all levels of the corporation including senior staff personnel.
- Able to recognize personnel and operational problems and recommend, implement immediate resolutions, and analyze potential trends.
- Solid functional knowledge of security requirements for NISPOM is preferred.
- Working knowledge or having worked with a union is preferred.
What you need to be successful
- 5 years combined experience in corporate/contract multi-campus, civilian, or military law enforcement.
- Completion of High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Must be eligible to obtain/maintain US Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain certification by the Texas Commission on Private Security.
