Responsibilities:
 - Lead and maintain integrated project plans and schedules aligned with program requirements and project management industry standards. 
- Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate impacts and constraints related to product development and program execution. 
- Create and maintain project schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity tracking throughout the program lifecycle. 
- Regularly update and communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership. 
- Drive process improvement initiatives across project management systems and implement best practices to enhance decision-making. 
- Act as the program requirements focal for Cabin Systems and facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups. 
- Serve as the E-UM Project Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables. 
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics for Cabin Systems. 
- Engage stakeholders across multiple organizations to align project objectives and ensure execution continuity. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, ORMaster’s degree and typically 4+ years of related experience, ORequivalent combination of education and experience. 
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote for reporting, collaboration, and documentation. 
- Experience with project scheduling tools and metrics reporting. 
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional integration and stakeholder alignment. 
- On-site or travel requirements: As needed based on program phase and stakeholder location.
