Your tasks and responsibilities

• Act as the interface with the Authorities in charge of civil organization approvals (OA) and ensure that organization approval requirements (POA, MOA) are fulfilled

• Validate company OA procedures for compliance with part 21/145

• Capture and analyze requirements for the Quality Management (QM) system, including research, identification, and procurement of internal and external requirements.

• Create and edit QM system descriptions

• Provide support for external/internal inquiries regarding the QM system

• Create and edit Quality Assutance concepts/Quality Assurance methods

Desired skills and qualifications

• A university degree in a technical discipline

• Knowledge of relevant legal and authority requirements

• Aviation Regulatory Expertise & Solution part 21G & 145

• International management system standards (eg. EN9100)

• Basic project management skills

• Experience with relations to Aviation Authorities

• Knowledge in auditing 

• German and English language proficiency
