Your tasks and responsibilities
Act as the interface with the Authorities in charge of civil organization approvals (OA) and ensure that organization approval requirements (POA, MOA) are fulfilled
Validate company OA procedures for compliance with part 21/145
Capture and analyze requirements for the Quality Management (QM) system, including research, identification, and procurement of internal and external requirements.
Create and edit QM system descriptions
Provide support for external/internal inquiries regarding the QM system
Create and edit Quality Assutance concepts/Quality Assurance methods
Desired skills and qualifications
A university degree in a technical discipline
Knowledge of relevant legal and authority requirements
Aviation Regulatory Expertise & Solution part 21G & 145
International management system standards (eg. EN9100)
Basic project management skills
Experience with relations to Aviation Authorities
Knowledge in auditing
German and English language proficiency
