Responsibilities:
 - Perform routine assembly of structural, mechanical, and aircraft system components using manual operations in a fast-paced production environment. 
- Follow detailed work instructions and use blueprints and technical specifications to complete subassemblies and installations. 
- Identify and escalate roadblocks or production constraints using open, structured communication and problem-solving tools. 
- Collaborate with Integrated Build Teams (IBTs) and team leads to reduce performance risk using Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) and Boeing Production System (BPS) methodologies. 
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing Systems (LMS), 5S activities, and KPI-driven performance tracking. 
- Participate in cross-training, peer mentoring, and team support efforts to improve overall performance and flexibility. 
- Overtime may be required based on production schedules and customer needs. 
Qualifications:
 - High school diploma or GED required; vocational or associate-level education preferred. 
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication. 
- 1+ years of experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions in English. 
- 1+ years of experience using basic software tools such as Microsoft Office and internet-based systems. 
- Must be willing and able to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
