Take your skills to new heights! Join a precision-driven team fabricating Barrier Filters and Aero Structures for commercial and military rotorcraft. As a Production Assembly Technician, you’ll help protect engines from unscheduled maintenance and contribute to mission-critical builds.
✈️ Key Responsibilities:- Assemble Engine Inlet Air Filtration Systems for rotorcraft
- Build sheet metal sub-assemblies for CH-53K, UH-60, and other low-volume parts
- Install and remove rivets, hi-loks, cherry-max, hi-shear fasteners, and platenuts
- Interpret engineering drawings and complete job documentation accurately
- Safely work with chemicals and use required protective equipment
- Select and operate hand and power tools including pneumatic squeezes and drills
🧠 Essential Skills:- Technical and mechanical aptitude for close tolerance drilling, countersinking, and trimming
- Ability to perform in-process inspections using micrometers, rulers, and calipers
- Experience in riveting preferred
🏭 Work Environment:- Climate-controlled, small shop setting
- Bench-based tasks requiring attention to detail
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with 4x10 shifts (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)
- Overtime: Voluntary and some mandatory, potentially exceeding 50 hours/week
