This role is to perform diesel supply daily for forklifts on the ground and first floor of the MAB Kargo warehouse and conduct daily checks on weighing scales to ensure proper functioning. Monitor tractors, vans, and forklifts for damage in the ramp and warehouse areas and repair damaged boxes and benas at the maintenance workshop. Report directly to the Officer, Operations (Manpower Services), and ensure all goods received from suppliers are in good condition. Verify received items against Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO), record usage data by MK employees or departments, and prepare a monthly stock report for store inventory. Perform additional operational duties assigned by superiors to maintain efficiency.

• Supply diesel fuel daily for forklifts on the ground floor and first floor of the MAB Kargo warehouse.
• Conduct daily checks on weighing scales to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Monitor the condition of tractors, vans, and forklifts for any damage in the ramp and warehouse areas of MAB Kargo.
• Repair damaged boxes and benas at the maintenance workshop.
• Report directly to the Officer, Operations (Manpower Services).
• Ensure all items/goods received from suppliers are in good condition.
• Verify the total number of received items against the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).
• Record all data related to the usage of items/goods taken by MK employees or departments.
• Prepare a monthly stock report (Stock Take) for store inventory.
•  Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors, particularly those related to operational matters, to ensure the efficiency of operational activities

• Minimum SPM/SPMV, DVM, STPM or any equivalent
• Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) License D
• Good computer knowledge MS office application and Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken

• 1 or 2 years related experience

1. Knowledgeable all location and specific MAB Kargo area
2. Knowledge of certificate welding and mechanical.
