We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of how procurement strategies, supplier management, and commercial negotiations contribute to operational continuity and cost efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for inventory and direct-charge materials, ensuring timely supply to internal stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing strategies, identify qualified suppliers, and support supplier relationship management.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, commercial terms, quality standards, and delivery performance.
• Analyze quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, purchase orders, supplier documentation, and procurement records within Oracle.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement-related issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain accurate pricing, part number, and contract information within procurement systems.
• Track procurement KPIs and contribute to cost savings, operational efficiency, and business continuity objectives.
Educational requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Commercial Relations, International Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supplier negotiations, sourcing activities, and quotation analysis within service, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, aviation, or similar industries.
