We are looking for an Operations HR Business Partner to contribute to the success of our talent management strategies by ensuring alignment with operational needs and business objectives.
This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and data-driven professional who understands how to work closely with operational teams, drive people strategies, and lead change management initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness and support business goals within dynamic, service-oriented environments.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Implementation of talent strategies and high-impact Human Resources projects.
- Leadership of change management initiatives and adoption of new processes.
- Monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of KPIs and management indicators.
- Knowledge of workforce planning, productivity management, and shift scheduling.
- Experience in operational environments and/or service-oriented companies.
- Experience negotiating and managing relationships with labor unions and key stakeholders.
