You will work with one or more of the following technologies:
Virtualization
Servers
Clients
Networking
Storage
Backup
You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team
You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets.
You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned.
Provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.

Qualifications you must have:
Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (ex. Sec+). Active cert preferred.
Active Collateral Secret Govt. Security Clearance, up to Top Secret. Clearance is preferred.
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant
Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, secure environment experience preferred:
Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization Technologies (VM Ware, etc.)
Linux Systems Administration
Networking (important)
Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)
Skills We Value:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
