Job Description:
We are now looking for a Process Improvement PMO for Aftersales for our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission:
Support of the project manager in his responsibility to achieve the project goals
Identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces
Creation of project profiles and coordination of the service content with the clients/customers
Manage the planning and status of all processes; have a global overview and report any issues that arise
Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.
Develop defined procedure/process/industrialization concepts as a project
Monitor and report on process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed
Integration planning of the projects in existing processes
Creation of detailed budget plans for projects
Presentation and documentation of the sub-project status for quality, technology, costs and deadlines
Identification of sub-project risks and initiation of risk minimization measures
Set up and moderate work progress meetings structure
Measure risk and support risk management
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
Experience in leading various projects / project mgmt
Knowledge in designing processes, process improvement and optimization
Experience in Aftersales business is good to have
High resilience and assertiveness
Team & communication skills
Business fluent English (German desirable)
Knowledge in COBIT and ITIL and PMI is good to have
Experience in G Suite
