Responsibilities:
 - Assist the Background Screening team in coordination with the Background Screening Leader. 
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from internal systems and external agencies. 
- Manage background screening cases in alignment with federal and state regulatory requirements. 
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding screening status, documentation, and follow-up needs. 
- Conduct internal system searches to support visitor badging and site access protocols. 
- Prepare background screening reports for internal teams including Adjudication, Corporate Investigations, Ethics, Law, and Human Resources. 
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelors degree and 3+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 1+ year, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
- 2+ years of experience in background screenings, investigations, or a related compliance field 
- 2+ years managing caseloads and navigating electronic case management or data tracking systems 
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
Preferred Qualifications:
 - Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Certification 
- Familiarity with criminal justice procedures and stages of adjudication 
- Understanding of employment law as it relates to background checks (state and federal levels) 
- Knowledge of EEOC guidance and compliance expectations in the background screening process 
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in a secure and trustworthy manner
