Breeze is hiring- join us!The position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and growth of Breeze’s indirect sales strategy, representing the airline to distribution partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients. This role will also lead Breeze’s participation in the GSA City Pair Program and manage key business partner relationships through both NDC and EDIFACT channels, in addition to overseeing Breeze’s corporate booking tool, TravelPro.
This position offers high visibility and is critical in expanding and evolving the airline’s indirect sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales operations processes, maintaining consistent engagement with vendors, and applying innovative solutions to support Breeze’s rapid expansion through external distribution channels.
Heres what youll do- Own and manage all external distribution vendor relationships
- Negotiate external distribution contracts in conjunction with Breeze’s sales strategy
- Proactively identify, engage, and manage corporate and travel agency opportunities for Breeze, ensuring consistent follow-up and thorough tracking
- Grow revenue through Breeze’s direct booking engine for corporates, TravelPro as well as further establish processes and sales strategy specific to TravelPro
- Lead participation of the GSA City Pair Program, monitor performance, and coordinate with relevant agencies as needed in the program
- Monitor and report cost of sale by channel and estimated revenue incrementality
- Measure and report overall indirect channel revenue to Leadership on regular basis
- Analyze cost drivers of external distribution, and execute plan to improve profitability
- Coordinate with RM, Marketing, Finance, Airport Affairs, and Technology as needed
- Monthly travel to engage groups of travel managers in strategic spanets
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
Heres what youll need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in an airline sales, distribution, or commercial functions
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Aviation, Economics, Business, or similar
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Deep understanding of airline distribution dynamics
- Experience making data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of revenue management
- Familiarity with various travel agency models and incentive programs
- Basic understanding of ATPCO, ARC, and BSP
- Project management experience or certification(s)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with the US commercial airline industry and general knowledge thereof
